Training
1. System Outline Procedures have been evolved to identify and document the training requirements for all staff performing activities affecting quality.
2. General Training All staff have their work skills evaluated and recorded during initial job interviews. Individual staff training files are held. Training needs are analysed on an ongoing basis at management review meetings. The company implements training programs to ensure all staff are fully aware of the company's policies and practices. The company encourages staff to complete training appropriate to their level of skill and to the work tasks they are to perform.
3. Training in Quality Assurance All company staff receive instruction in the policy and objectives of the company's quality system.
